  • WHY STRENGTH ENDURANCE?

    How does a flabby, 50 year old, 2 pack a day smoker become as healthy as a horse and trim down to 4% body fat? That was Dr. Leonard Schwartz’s story.

    This blog started out writing about the relatively unknown findings of “HeavyHands” creator Leonard Schwartz regarding “Strength Endurance”, “Isotonometrics”, “Panaerobics”, and “LongStrength” as he came to call them towards the end of his career.

Here is a way to swing Indian Clubs (and fairly large ones it seems) with whole body flow which we, of course, call “Panaerobics”. This one seems to keep the quads activated well!
